Hello, We are very disappointed by the machine and its performance. We were promised that the machine will work with Whole wheat dough and it doesnt. They have started making excuses that the dough cannot be sticky, it cannot be this and that etc. They want the dough to be very dry and because of that the wheat tortilla as very hard to chew and our customers wont accept it. When we communicated all this to our contact in the company, they stopped replying and forwarded us to someone else in the team who doesnt even speak English. Also, everytime the machine runs and put the dough in, the tortilla come out with grease covered on it. This is very unhygienic and not food safe. Very unprofessionally built. Right now the machine is just sitting on my counter top doing nothing. I spent $1000 for this machine to be delivered and it has been a total waste. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company and product to anyone who wants to invest in an automated tortilla maker.
